Use Case Description
Client is into F&B domain which receives lot of purchase orders from their clients. The orders are required to deliver within 48 hours of receiving the purchase order and for that it is very necessary that order entry should happen in the SAP application so the inventory, delivery and invoice team can quickly act on it.
The automated process includes
- Download the Purchase orders from email attachments
- Extract the PO details through Document understanding phases that includes training the PO ML model
- Any accuracy or business validation issues, create the task in action center for business to validate, modify and submit
- Create the order in SAP so the respective stake holders can be notified and they can act on the order.
