After Upgrade, encountering HRESULT:0x800AC472 Error

Hi All,

I am facing a problem which I am unsure of why it is happening, and how to resolve it.


Robot interacts with Microsoft Excel 2016, (stored on SharePoint/OneDrive) ==> There was no issues and it works seamlessly.


However, recently, there was an upgrade to Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus, and for some reason, the workflow fails at excel application scope with HRESULT:0x800AC472 Error / Workbook is lock etc.

I did some research and understands that this is because of excel running in the background. However, I do not have any excel open but when I go to task manager, there is excel in it. I also saw some workarounds which is to kill the excel process before running the workflow however, it does not work.
