Hi Team

I am facing the below issue when I am running bot. Earlier it was working perfact but don’t know what happend… suddenly it stopped working and throwing the below error for all the process.

HI @Sandeep You have licensed office? support? and other thing at the time of excel opening you are getting? some kind of pop up? As You said “Your office licence got expired !!”. So Please reisntall and used licensed one or else deal with that popup at the time of excel opening. You can checkout with this link also HRESULT 800ac472 from set operations in Excel**

You mean licence of the office is expired or we need to update it?

If Your MS office licence got expired, then Please reisntall and used licensed one or else deal with that popup at the time of excel opening.

Hi there,

Upon detecting this error, just “Kill Excel” it will work again. As this is caused by excel memory leak.

I agree with you opinion.
So do you have any idea for avoid this random exception.
e.g. Before run business flow, add one step to kill Excel thread in memory.

Add “Kill Process” activity before business process start and in the Process Name property, input “EXCEL”. I tried it and working well
