I want to add a signature in outlook mail. How we can add the signature in to that…?

I use ReadTextFile to get the signature according to the method introduced in your link. When I choose the *.htm file, the text, format and hyperlink were indicated correctly, but the figure in signature did not indicate. While I choose the *.rtf file, how can I know the encoding of the rtf file? Thank you.
