Add Issue Attachment Activity(Jira Integration Service Package) Error: Add Issue Attachment: Bad Request - Often due to a missing request parameter

Using the Jira Integration Service Package Activity: Add Issue Attachment, I’m trying to upload a file to an existing Jira ticket. In the issue field, if I type a field that has a Jira project key with a number, I can see the suggested ticket’s full name after choosing the name. It’s working; I can see the attachment in Jira. Similarly, in the Issue field, if I pass a string variable, I’m getting an error called ‘Add Issue Attachment: Bad Request’ - often due to a missing request parameter.
