Hello Everyone,
We are having issues downloading a file from one of our company’s websites. When we run the process through Orchestrator, the bot successfully clicks the button that begins the download of the files, but the website stalls indefinitely and never downloads the file.
When I run the same process manually or click the button myself, the file is downloaded within 10 seconds or so.
Has anyone run into something like this? I’ve tried a number of simple solutions without success, and I’m at a loss as to what I should do next.
