ActiveDirectoryScope issue Access AD server

I was trying to access the ActiveDirectoryScope and setup the server name, user id, and password. I am getting below. I could log in manually to Ad server and could not access using the UI path package “Active Directory Domain Services Activities Pack”. Please help me. I am new to the UI path
