We are starting Automation cloud migration from Onprem. We have registered one Organization in community edition already, to do enterprise activation do we have to create a pro trial organization or we can upgrade from existing community organizatoin registration to automation cloud with enterprise activation?

You can upgrade the existing community organization to enterprise trail organization.
But do remember that pro trail is only for 60 days after 60 days, your trail period ends, and with the existing organization you won’t be able to open UiPath Studio but it opens only UiPath Studio X as it converts into Free License.
Again to get UiPath Studio you can create a new Organization with the same Mail ID. But the Assets, queues and any other done in the old organization will not be visible in the new one. You need to recreate all your assets from scratch. including assigning to robots also.
