Unable to get Community License

I was on an Enterprise trial license, and the trial period has expired; hence, now I’m not getting the community license. Could you please help me get the community license, as with the current Free trial, I’m not able to use most of the features.

Hi,

According to the following document, it’s normal behavior when trial expires.

Unfortunately, there seems no way to switch plan free to community. It’s may be necessary to re-create your organization as community.

delete the organization and recreate or create a new org

once you strt trail you cant come back to community unless you do a complete fresh start again

Hello @Yoichi @ashokkarale @Anil_G, thanks for your reply, but deleting the Organization is not an option. I don’t want to lose out on the date from the current organization.

Is there an option to get a community license without deleting the current organization?

No You cannot

you can export processes and queue data and logs if you need but cannot revert to community
