I’m trying to activate classic folders in my orchestrator, I have the Enterprise Trial. When I go to setting it says " To activate classic folders you need first to disable the User License Management functionality from Automation Cloud. I could not find it. Doas anybody nows where I can do it?

Why not using Modern Folders? This is something what will be the only option in the future.
