ACME System 1 - Cannot download monthly report

Hi all!

I think the “Reports - Download Monthly Report” has some technical issue since I try to paste the Vendor TaxID with the year 2017 and test all the months, there is no excel file requested to download. Instead of that, a page with a message of 404 [Routes] appears

Anyone faces this specific problem?

Hi, it’s workable!!! Sometimes the solution is just simple but need experienceto handle like that.

It takes both resetting the data and clearing the queue
