Accessing file Manager through Remote Runtime Machine in Citrix Machine

If I install Remote runtime(UiPath) in Client Machine/Citrix Machine, can I access file manager in client/Citrix Machine and Copy a Note file in it.

Will remove runtime give us this scope?

Locals files cannot be accessed…if a shared location is created for remote and local we can access those
