Access Denied Error message while using 'Kill Process' activity

I wanted to find out if anyone has had the below error message while trying to kill Internet Explorer using the ‘Kill Process’ activity?

I have this issue with an unattened BOT while running this simple script but dont have the issue while using the attened BOT. The script is simple and all its suppose to do is open internet explorer and then kill it.

Any ideas on what could be wrong?

Probably you are trying to kill process of different user on the same machine.
