Am trying to extract data from pdf using ABBYY OCR engine. I got my license key and i installed abby correctly i think, i installed microsoft sharepoint with DOMI but still have issues using abby ocr . Please notice that am getting the same error using microsoft ocr engine . Can anyone please help me out.
About ABBYY, did you obtain your license key from UiPath’s sales team?
About Microsoft, what language are you using in the “Language” property?
@Mateus_Cruz Yes i have a license key and i followed the steps to install abbyy and about microsoft am using “English”
@kribi: About your license, what I would like to confirm is: did you get it from UiPath or directly from ABBYY?
@Mateus_Cruz thank you for your time, I got my license from uipath but the problem was a proxy that prevents the activation, i was using the cmd to activate the license so i didn’t notice that the activation was failed. Sorry it was my bad. Thank you again .
