403 Forbidden error after 2nd attempt now locked

I went through the foundation exam a 2nd time, clicked submit and instantly got a 403 Forbidden error and now the exam is locked. Are UIPath able to tell if I passed or not so I don’t have to go through it again? Again this was the 2nd time not 3rd attempt.
