Verify that the robot is correctly assigned to the environment. If you’re using Production (Unattended), ensure that the robot has the right permissions and is correctly connected to the process you want to run.

Go to Orchestrator >Machines and verify that the machine is active and connected.
Go to Folders in Orchestrator and make sure the machine is assigned to the correct folder where the process is set to run

It seems the licence is allocated to another folder and bot. Check where is being assigned.

creating a machine is one step and in machine you have to give a non zero number in unattended robot/runtime field

Can you show your machines page

did you assign same machine to folder?

is the machine connected to vm?

is a automation user /robot role given to a user and is that user also assigned to folder
