Check if you have available Unattended license runtimes.
Also double-check if you allocated the Unattended license runtimes in your tenant.
Try to remove the Unattended runtime licenses from your Machine templates → Update.
Try to add back the Unattended runtime licenses from your Machine templates → Update.
Then check if the runtime is available after you are selecting the Machine in the process.
it is solved…my robot was connected using URL and not the machine key. thanks everyone for the replies
