Hello!
I am currently looking into the integrated zendesk activities provided by UiPath in studio.
I’ve figured out how to get a list of tickets and handle each of them.
I am still trying to figure out, how i can define that i only want the tickets in my suspended view… Anyone with any expertise on this? Or can lead me to some good (and updated) information on this subject?
