Orchestrator stuck! 0 Runtimes, 1 Connected

Dear UiPath team,

Our scheduled automations didn’t run this morning.
I tried relogging the assistant but sadly nothing changed. Something appears to be wrong…

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The robot must be connected to the machine key and not the URL.

Please check if licenses are assigned to the machines.

  1. Go to admin licenses page and check the licenses there
  2. If available see if they are allocated to tenant
  3. If already allocated go to orchetsrator-> tenant-> machines → assign unattended license

Thanks for the input, customer support told me to restart UiPath service in the services app (%windir%\system32\services.msc) which fixed the problem!
