Write an annotation inside the sequence

Hi guys,
I need to write an annotation in a sequence before start to put the first activity, but I don’t know how to do that.
I show an example in the additional image.
Somebody can help me about this ?
I would really apperciate an answer.

@silvina Right Click -> Annotations -> Add annotation
