Workflow stopped working

Hello Community,

I have created a workflow in a studio that was working perfectly fine but for a few days when I ran the BOT, it said the element didn’t appear on the screen even the element it on the screen. When I clicked on the element activity to identify the element it says couldn’t able to locate the element. When I choose indicate target it identifies the desired element but only with computer vision I cannot get the strict or fuzzy selector.

Anyone let me know why is that happening?

Try using classic activities for selection

What kind of application it is?

And is it on citrix?

If yes is runtime installed on citrix?

Is citrix recently upgraded to 7+? If so runtime might not work…
