Hi community,

I am automating a process that requires fetching a transcript (.vtt) as a Text file and reading it into an agent. However, the robot cannot find any file to read.

This is the screenshot of the error.

Please, what should I do?

Try logging TranscriptFile value. There could be possibility the file isn’t being available to read.
