Anyone knows any good activity to work with Citrix environment? Just not to been working all the time with hotkeys and image recognition.

I’m not sure if this is applicable for your environment but UiPath has a custom component which can be installed on a citrix server with which you are able to automate citrix apps natively:
For Citrix environments, you don’t necessarily have to rely only on hotkeys and image recognition.
If you have control over the Citrix environment, I would recommend installing UiPath Remote Runtime on the Citrix server and the corresponding UiPath Citrix extension on the local machine. This allows UiPath to communicate with supported Citrix applications and can provide more reliable element-level automation.
If installing Remote Runtime is not possible due to client restrictions, you can consider Computer Vision, OCR, and image-based activities as alternatives.
So, in general:
Remote Runtime → preferred for element-based Citrix automation
Computer Vision → good alternative when Remote Runtime cannot be installed
OCR/Image/Hotkeys → fallback options when the UI cannot expose elements
