Windows Versions packages zip does not contain project files

Hello,

The old windows legacy versions of packages contained the project files when downloading the old packages from Orchestrator and unzipped it. It seems that the windows versions does not contain the project files.

Would be great if anyone could explain this change or if there is something missing?

I had missed this publishing setting. So it was my mistake.
