Will the Log Message activity stall a robot if Orchestrator becomes unavailable during a run?

If a robot is running, and the orchestrator becomes unavailable, will the Log Message activity stall or cause a fault if logs cannot be sent to the orchestrator?

Those will be saved in the local machine until the orchestrator becomes available and sent back to orchestrator as batches.

Local folder : ( C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\UiPath\Logs\execution_log_data )
