While automating the Citrix application using Citrix recording getting error.

Hi guys, I need your help. I try to get an image on Citrix app but I obtain this error :" cannot automate remote app uipath remote runtime.exe is not running in the remote session" Could you give me a hand to solve this problem knowing that I don’t have access to the remote machine ( citrix server); thanks and best regards
