Hi guys,

I need your help.

I try to get an image on Citrix app but I obtain this error :" cannot automate remote app uipath remote runtime.exe is not running in the remote session"

Could you give me a hand to solve this problem knowing that I don’t have access to the remote machine ( citrix server);

Hi @SALOUA_AARAB

As far as I know, there is no way for now to complete your automation process which include citrix operations if you can’t run the runtime.exe on your server.

I unistall citrix receiver in my machine and I re-install it , in this moment it work currently :slight_smile:

did you installed higher version of the citrix reciever to get the issue resolved?
