Which is the Identity Management Portal or Identity Hub URL address

I am attempting to integrate our Test Orchestrator instance with Active Directory and the steps have told me to go to the Identity Management Portal. I have never heard of this before and do not have a link to it.

Does anyone know what the link is or how to access the Identity Management Portal for my Orchestrator?

Login into your Orchestrator with an Admin user, and then try this link

https://ORCHESTRATOR_URL/identity/management/users
