No 'External Providers' section in UIPath Identity Management

Hey all, I just installed and activated UIPath Orchestrator.
I’m trying to set up Windows Authentication via External Identity Providers in the UiPath Identity console - Configuring host security.

However, it appears this entire option is unavailable and I only have ‘Hub’ in my console.
Please advise. Thanks!

I’ve tried that direct link but I’m seeing an access denied error. I’m logged into the admin account, any idea on what’s missing?
