Where is New Services option in 22.10.5

Can anyone please guide me how to find the New Services wizard in version 22.10.5, I can’t seems to find it anywhere on the Design ribbon.

In UiPath Studio versions 22.10 and later, the “New Service” wizard has been replaced by the “Connect” functionality, which can be found in the “Home” tab of the ribbon menu.

This is the screen after I clicked Home, there is still no sign of the Connect function. Can you please lend me more details

Try to access Home → Library → New Service

As you can see in my attached image above, there is also no Library menu/tab in the Home screen. Perhaps there are some problems with my studio?
