Where do I find the new service option in UiPath 20.4

Hello All,

I am trying to perform a SOAP API call in UiPath.

While searching I found the following posts that seem promising:

However I cannot find the New Service button under the design tab. As shown in the picture below:

Does anyone know where to find this in Studio 20.4?

Does this method even work for SOAP API calls?

You have to create a Library project rather than a process:
