When's the new Desktop release?

Hi,
Sorry for the question, but when’s the new Studio, Robot and Orchestrator Desktop release planned? I’m confused because we got contradicting information.

Is a new Desktop release planned for this month (2024.6)? would appreciate a confirmation.

UiPath releases one major & two minor updates every year.

  1. Major: No specific date but it will be named by that particular year.
  2. Minor: One in April & another in October.
  3. Micro: Patches as per bugs discovered and fixed.

Therefore answer to your question

No it’s not 2024.6. It would be 2024.10

Thanks for the article you shared. It, along with the one below, has actually added to my confusion :slight_smile:. Based on your response, there should already be a 2024.4 version.

Another confusing part is from this: ( Overview - Release strategy (uipath.com))

which indicates a desktop interim release is planned for this month.

Could someone please confirm:

  1. The latest versions for the three standalone desktop software (Studio, Orchestrator, and Robot).
  2. The next planned releases for those?

Hi,

I think next enterprise version will be released in June 2024 according to your linked document.
However, version of the new release may be 2024.10 because of the following.

  • Version of Community June release is 2024.10

  • Pull down of documentation shows next version is 2024.10
