Can anyone provide the main differences with respect to uipath versions 2019.10.3 and 2019.10.4 ? it would be great if you can provide the release notes here.

Assuming you have 2019.10.3 & you are looking for changes that are available in 2019.10.4. You should be looking into the 2019.10.1.
