What is the use case to use "Get Queue Items"

i was wondering why we need the “Get Queue Items” activity ? have you ever used it, if so why ?

The queue item is used to get list of transactions in Orchestrator…

Hey Hara. Usually I use it to check if the queue is empty or not before, I add queue items (make sure I don’t have redundant data). Kind regards, Anders.
