What is the correct approach using the Microsoft 365 activities to retrieve all the emails with a specific keyword in the subject?
Use the Get Newest Email activity.
Use the Get Email List activity and configure the filter.
Used the Download Email activity.
Use the Move Email activity.
With filtering on email only yiu can get the email with specific subject so option 2

Generally, which activity will support to filter the content based on our conditions. It was a correct approach to choose the activity. In your options Use the Get Email List activity which allows you to configure the filters inbuilt in activity even by subject, body, sender email address or others
