We're loading your projects...so irritating

Hi,

Frequently getting this message, it not going away after several refresh, close and open the project again continue appearing on the screen…half of the time waste to wait for this message to go away.

This should be happened in the backgorund, it is not letting to work only.

Try below:

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Try a different browser to isolate if it’s browser-specific and try incognito/private mode

Thank you for reporting this. We’d like to investigate this behavior and find out why the project loading is taking so long.
To help us look into the telemetry and logs, could you please provide us with a few more details?

  • What is the organization/user name where this is happening?
  • On average, how long does it take for the “We’re loading your project” message to finally go away?
  • Does this happen on all projects, or is it specifically noticeable on larger/more complex ones?
