Creating new project is stuck

Interesting. I have just gave a try and tried to create a new project and keep rotating.

Is that takes time to setup a project first time? its really rotating for long last…

Could you maybe share a small video of your experience so that we can have a look? If not, some screenshots will do just fine :slight_smile:

If you want to see the process actually running, you can open the Orchestrator and the Personal Workspace Jobs tab in the other tab. It should show you the process executing your Studio Web project.

sure @loginerror , Its even not reached to job execution status. Its all about first step to create a project in Studio Web. Please check the screen shot.

Even I cancel and click new project again the status looks same.

Just to share the info what was the issue that I have faced. It would be helpful for some one. I am accessing this cloud portal in company device which is behind the firewall and prevents to download/execute some of the files. UiPath team capture the information and they will be work on this same. (Possibly to share the list of URLs to be whitelisted to access this feature)

It works perfectly for my ID outside of the firewall network. Thanks @loginerror and team for connecting.

Was this issue ever resolved? I am getting the same problem. The ‘create’ button for a new project in studio web version just keeps spinning.

@j.bog , are you connecting from Enterprise network or public/home network? I faced this issue when I try to connect with enterprise network and it is fine to connect with home/public network.
