Hello everyone! I’m still taking basic training on UiPath tools, starting with the Intro to Automation Hub I’m wrapping up now. My organization encouraged me to leverage UiPath for at least some business processes I have leadership over. This will be challenging as in one case, an external agency owns the process, and most of the activities performed by my team are highly technical thus at best could be automated via machine learning/deep learning techniques. I’m hoping our customer interactions - notifications, repeatable communications, can be automated.

My name is Ranjan Jinka Ramakrishna, I am a SAP Consultant with more than 10 years of experience. During 2015-2016, while I was pursuing my MBA in outsourcing in HTW University in Berlin, I first heard this cool technology “RPA” and UiPath is leading the industry since those initial days. Like most of the seasoned professionals believe, I too strongly believe RPA has an immense potential to automate those boring jobs from Humans and allow them to focus on more creative jobs which will improve their lives.
Although, I started with RPA more than 4 years ago, I couldn’t go in deep all these years due to other projects I got involved with. Now, its time for me to reboot

I have been using RPA in a limited capacity for about two years but I am now using it on a full time basis 
as a dedicated RPA Business Analyst (because of my training in the UiPath Academy). I hope to one day be a combined RPA Developer AND Business Analyst.
I love UiPath as a product ever since I discovered it and can’t wait to change my workplace for the better!

I came across UiPath through necessity. I am looking to automate content creation and I think UiPath might be the right tool for the job. I am also looking to learn how to use UiPath and offer automation services with this tool.
