Webdriver support in "Use Application/Browser"?

Hello!

My studio setting:
Design: Use Modern for new projects: yes
Labs: Editor Enhancements: yes

I’m reading about the Webdriver support at this location:
https://docs.uipath.com/studio/docs/webdriver-configuration-steps

The problem is that the activity “Use Application/Browser” does not seem to have any support properties for “Communication Method: Webdriver” like “Open Browser” has. Nor is there a property for the type of browser. And I think, because of my settings, I do not have the “Open Browser” activity available as I am using “Modern” experience. Is there some other way to go about this? Or do I need to start a new project with the old standard settings?

  2. Topic that contains most common solutions with example project files can be found here.

  3. Read our official documentation where you can find a lot of information and instructions about each of our products:

  4. Watch the videos on our official YouTube channel for more visual tutorials.

Hey!
Indeed a great question!
It would be cool to have an answer for this, @Forum_Staff ?

Hi,
Instead of this, you have the “Use Application/Browser” activity where you can select the input mode.

The activity itself is opening the page that you will indicate for the activity.
