Want to check a process mining template from Market place: Purchase to Pay App Template - Oracle Fusion Cloud. But unable to do so

Kindly guide me how I can check this.

Do you have process mining license?

As per error it says you dont

This error indicates this tenant doesn’t have access to the Process mining tool, Please validate that you have a process mining Licence and its allocated to the same tenant.

I am using the default tenant which we get while signing up. Can we add “Process Mining” in there? I checked only orchestrator, Studio and Apps.
