Required files for Process Mining

So we have set up the UiPath process mining server using the template (image) available on Azure to check its capabilities. But we were expecting that to come along in a complete state (with connectors, AppOne, and TemplateOne - as these are required as per the documentation). Where can we get these files? Our server is up and running at this point.
