Waiting for evaluation assignment 2 of Level 3 training for more than 3 days

Hello, colleagues, I have been waiting for evaluation assignment 2 of Level 3 training for more than 3 days. Is it normal? I submit ticket in “contact us” form, but i didn`t receive any answer. What should I do now?

based on my experience its not normal. It takes pnly a couple of minutes to get the result.
