Using a word document as Email Body

Hello All,

I have copied a range from excel with some formatting and pasted it in a word document, saved it.

Now I am trying to use that document as email body using SendMailX activity but while running, it fails to send email with error “Send Email: Command failed”. Activity works fine if I test it with HTML or text for email body.

Goal is to paste two different ranges from excel to email body along with formatting.

Kindly help.

Have you added it properly?

Can you show or attach the files here

Try first with creating a simple document to see if the issue is with word doc or package

WordDocument only works when u r using Outlook to send Email.Note:(Gmail Does not support worddocument as Template)

Just an update,

I was able to resolve the problem by adding delays in between activities. As when outlook was trying to attach the document, word was still working in the background. So gave little delay.

Working like a charm now.
