Thanks for the workaround @nesachdeva. I discovered that you don’t actually have to delay your workflow, simply adding a delay activity, with the timer set to 00:00:00 works

First I use excel create pivot table normal, however, when I use this method to create pivot table, system thrown exception as below, I have kill excel before second use, it seems that kill excel process did not effect. [image]
