Second use excel with exception "Use Excel File: The RPC server is unavailable. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA)"

First I use excel create pivot table normal, however, when I use this method to create pivot table, system thrown exception as below, I have kill excel before second use, it seems that kill excel process did not effect.

Just try with delay activity 00:00:05 after the Kill process activity

I tried and still get same error, thanks for you help. This is studiox Use excel , not studio excel application scope.

Remove all kill excel activities.
