How to handle error "The RPC server is unavailable. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA)"

I receive error message “The RPC server is unavailable. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA)” when I run a process. It happen at the same place each time. Excel crash and the whole process stop. This is a process that ran a while ago, but not any more.

So far have I tried to fix this by introducing delays and have also done an Office Repair. No success so far. I will also try to run this on a VDI, but this is not done yet.

One way to fix this can be to run Excel in safe mode. Do any of you know how I can program that in UIPath?
Do you also have other suggestion regarding what I can do?
