Issue Description: After Clicking a Link in an Email Sent From An Action In Automation Hub, the Following Error is thrown,
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Try copying the hyperlink from the email notification and paste the hyperlink into an incognito browser. Verify if the same error message is still thrown.
- Has a Full Migration been Performed on the Tenant that is experiencing the issue? If not, try performing a full migration, now verify if the same error message is still thrown..
- Has Automation Hub been enabled for the Tenant? To check this, an Administrator would open Orchestrator on the Cloud portal -> Admin -> Tenants -> click the desired tenant drop-down. Check to ensure that the Automation Hub is enabled.
If the above does not help, check the following:
- Attach the invitation email the user received for review
- Does the user receiving the invalid URL link in the email shows as active, inactive or pending in Automation Hub Admin Console > Manage Access > Assign Roles?
- What is the Automation Hub URL?
- Is SSO configured for the organization?
- Was the user previously able to access Automation Hub, or is this the first time attempting to access Automation Hub?
