Upgrading to 2019.10.16 error 199

Hi

After upgrading from Orchestrator version 2019.10.14 to 2019.10.16 i’m getting the following error after logging in to the default Orchestrator tenant:

After clicking “ok” the page reloads and the same error appears. The Host Tenant works fine.

There are no errors in event log. Anyone seen this error or know what there could be wrong?
