Update は動作を停止しました

UiPath Studio Community Edition のインストールに失敗します。
何が原因でしょうか？

＜現象＞
１．インストール途中で「Update は動作を停止しました」のメッセージが表示
２．ダイアログの「プログラムの終了」ボタンをクリック
３．「Installation has failed」のメッセージが表示
４．ダイアログの「Open Setup Log」ボタンをクリック
５．ログには何も表示されない

＜環境＞
Windows7
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2
アンチウィルスソフト未使用

＜試したこと＞
C:\Users\ユーザー名\AppData\Local\UiPath
のフォルダを削除し、再起動後、再度、インストールを試したが
現象は変わらずUpdateに失敗する

  • インストールに必要な管理者権限が付与されていますか？
  • コントロールパネル > プログラムと機能 の中に UiPath がある場合、いちどアンインストールしてから再度インストールできますか？

re-install ,maybe

インストーラーを選択し、
右クリック「管理者として実行」を選択してインストールしても
状況は変わりません。
UiPath はインストールされていませんでした。

first your should un-install all .
and retry to install… download last version studio.

I already try to un-install and download last version studio and re-install.
But I could not install.

I guess maybe window7 problem… if try to create other user ,login windows and re-install studio

this is problem ,should be windows OS problem .

  1. need some pure windows OS , you can try to VM
  2. if not has VM , my advice re-install systems
  3. or change the another PC
