Unable to upload yearly report in assignment 2

Hi,
I am unable to upload yearly report in the second assignment of RPA adanced certification. When i try to upload it shows an pop up with html tag and &nbsp contents inside it. I tried resetting the test data.But that did not hep. Any help would be appreciated.
